Usage Instructions for Custom Insulating Mats

Insulation rubber mats can be custom-made according to customer requirements in different sizes, colors, and with different text for safe construction insulation.    
Insulation rubber sheets are rubber sheets with high volume resistivity and resistance to electrical breakdown. Made from non-polar rubbers such as NR, SBR, and IIR, which have excellent insulation properties. Used as tabletop or floor insulation materials in work environments such as power distribution.
National standards: This product is mainly suitable for substations, power plants, distribution rooms, etc.

For 35KV voltage in distribution rooms, choose 10-12mm thickness, withstand power frequency withstand voltage test of 15000V for 1 minute without breakdown.
For low voltage in distribution rooms, choose 5mm thickness, below 500V, withstand power frequency withstand voltage test of 3500V for 1 minute without breakdown.
